A public website is one part of the operation. Behind it, volunteer information and dispatch need systems that support the people doing the work.
ABC has supported the existing volunteer and dispatch system over multiple seasons, including updates to the database and tools for working with volunteer information.
That continuing relationship provides context for the next stage: understanding what already works, what has become awkward and what the coordinators need next.
The next chapter
A fresh foundation.
We’re currently rebuilding the public website and operational system. The work focuses on a modern foundation and the needs of the people using it. We’ll add a closer look at the new system once it is ready to show.
